by placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. the shop is run by pastel tips (details at the bottom of this page). we sell press-on nail art and related tools to customers in india.

orders. an order is confirmed when your online payment succeeds, or when you choose cash on delivery and we accept the order. you get an order link and, if you gave an email, a confirmation. stock is checked at checkout and again when payment lands; if something has just sold out we'll tell you and refund the difference or the order.

prices. all prices are in indian rupees and include gst. a tax invoice is issued for every order and is available from your order page. an offer applies only while it is live; the price you paid never changes afterwards, even if ours does.

reviews. reviews can only be left from a delivered order. we moderate for abuse and spam, not for opinion.

the usual. we may correct obvious errors on the site. these terms are governed by the laws of india; courts in vadodara, gujarat have jurisdiction. nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection act, 2019.

where. anywhere in india. we don't ship internationally yet.

when. orders leave us within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. once your parcel is booked you get a tracking link on your order page (and by email if you gave one).

cost. free shipping over ₹1,499 · ₹79 below that. any shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

cash on delivery. available at checkout. keep the exact amount ready for the courier. a number that repeatedly refuses parcels may be asked to pay online instead.

by you. you can cancel straight from your order page any time until we start packing — no message needed. after that, use a return instead.

by us. we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address can't be served, or payment can't be verified. you'll be told why, and anything paid is refunded in full.

30 days. unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. request it from your order page; we reply within a day with approval and the address to send it to. keep the courier receipt.

fit promise. opened a set and the fit isn't right? within 30 days we'll exchange sizes free — just tell us which sizes you need.

damaged or wrong item. tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, our call and our cost.

not returnable. opened sets, used glue or tools, and anything outside the 30-day window — except under the fit promise above.

how. refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment partner cashfree. for cash-on-delivery orders a refund (for a return) is made by bank transfer or upi to details you give us.

when. a cancellation is refunded once we've processed it, usually the same working day. a return is refunded once the parcel is back with us. after we issue a refund it typically lands in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. your order page shows the refund status throughout.

how much. the full amount you paid for the items returned or cancelled, including any gst. shipping you paid is refunded when the whole order is cancelled or the return is our fault.

what we collect. your name, mobile number, delivery address, your order history, and an email address if you choose to give one. we never see or store card, upi or bank details — those go straight to cashfree.

why. to fulfil and deliver your order, issue your gst invoice, tell you about the order (confirmation, dispatch, refunds), and help if something goes wrong. we don't sell or rent your details, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

who else sees it. only the partners needed to do the above: cashfree (payments), shipmozo and its courier partners (delivery — name, phone and address), zoho zeptomail (order emails), and our hosting providers (supabase in mumbai, vercel, cloudflare for images). each gets only what its job needs.

how long. order records are kept as long as indian tax and accounting rules require. your bag lives only in your own browser. write to us to see or delete what we hold about you; we'll do it unless the law says we must keep it.

cookies. the shop itself sets no tracking cookies. the back office uses one sign-in cookie for staff.

questions, returns, refunds, your data — write to hello@pasteltips.com and a human replies within a day. your order page is the fastest way to track, cancel or request a return.
